If it wasn’t for the...

Disliked: My room smelled like previous people had smoked in the room. When I unpacked on returning home, all my things smelled of smoke. The side building entrance door didn’t have a working security door. The sign stated to use your room card for entry but anyone could enter the building at any time without a card. The front desk hardly ever had anyone on duty. There was a phone to dial for help but on 2 occasions, no one responded. Free breakfast was so so.
