Disliked: The room was dirty there was crap all over the toilet. There was no hot water. Had cigarette burns in the sheets.

Awful hotel. I made a reservation and when I got to the hotel, the dude yelled at me saying no vacancy and I kept showing him my reservation. And he just kept yelling at me to leave. Then, the following day, I find out from my credit card company they tried to run my card without me even staying there! Piece of c**p hotel.

I would like my money back - I did not even stay there. Room was filthy. I had booked it through Concert Hotels for 2 queen beds for $98. I ended up paying $113 for one bed. My friends and I were told only one person could stay the night in there or the police would be called. A gun was held to my chest and I was threatened by the employee and told "get the hell out".

Disliked: More expensive than booked; only 1 bed instead of 2 like I reserved.

Disliked: I had to wait for 30 mins that is what the sign said. The first room the door didn’t lock and I called and she put me in a different room, there was no hot water at all and when we were about to leave from the hotel from the 2nd floor from the roof there was water spraying down and the roof from up above looked like they had water damage.

Disliked: The room was dirty, the sheets were stained and not clean at all, the room smelled like cigarettes, the electrical outlets were almost all dysfunctional and it was impossible to connect to the wifi. The hotel lacked the facilities to store our luggage for a few hours.

Liked: Easy to find, parking on site, staff helpful and polite
Disliked: Toilet had fecal smears, seat not clean, rest of the room was clean and had towels. We hated the steep stairs to the third floor. I was not notified about the stairs. If we were any older or physically challenged it would have been dangerous to carry our luggage up to our room and especially going down in the morning.

Disliked: The first room we were put in the bolt lock did not work so we asked to change rooms. In the second room we were put in the heater did not work and It smelled like cigarettes. I asked the manager to fix the heater and he never showed up. There was very little parking

Liked: There was no breakfast,and the heater in the room was out,so it was a chilly night and it was also a rainy night,making it more chilly. They actually had a small portable heater on top of one of the only bed side tables. Without that,I'd have to require another room. No heat, wasn't comfortable at all! But,got through the night,.....
Disliked: Oh,the TV kept going nearly on blackout! We had to get up and push the side button on the television to brighten it every 15 minutes,the remote didn't work on the TV,only changed channels,no volume control,and we kept getting up to push the button to brighten the TV ,it was the funniest thing I ever went through! Eventually,after getting up and taking turns pushing the button,we just turned it off! Very upsetting,but a kinda never ever experience that we'll never forget.ha,ha,that was a first! If you didn't get up to push the button to brighten the tv,( it would almost completely go dark that you could barely see it ' A once in a lifetime,where you're getting upset,then we had fun saying'( it's your turn to push the button') We got a lot of unwanted exercise ,when we were there to just relax,the things you' ll do to watch TV. I would of never imagined '

Disliked: Everything about it there were bed bugs and roaches in the bathroom. A couple of the white sheets were still either dirty or stained. The mattress was also stained and very uncomfortable had to find a different hotel the same night.
