Liked: Nice town and area. We like the city of Woodland after a long drive from Vancouver, WA. We also liked the large, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The bed is very comfortable too. This is our 2nd stay here in 2 years and will be our go to if we go to Arizona in the future.
Disliked: I wish it had coffee in the rooms. However, they did have coffee in the office that was good after 8:30 AM. No breakfast, but the room was super affordable, so no breakfast is okay. We were missing the shampoo.and conditioner in the room too.

Bad

Liked: The location was fine. That is the only good thing about the facility.
Disliked: The room and entire facility was in dire need of updating. The beds were overly soft. The bathroom was smaller than a small closet. The trim around the bathroom door had water damage approximately 6" from the floor up. The sink and surrounding counter were very old and scuffed. The headboards has greasy smears on them, which I am hoping was the cleaning/sanitizing products just not wiped up. The towels were small and thin. We reserved for a room for 3 adults and there were only two bath towels (if you want to call them that), two wash cloths, and one hand towel. The manager/owner is rude. When I asked for more towels to accommodate our group of three, he practically jumped down my throat. He gave me two more towels and I had to ask for three. I even told him that the towels did not even cover a person's body and that we would need 2 per person for them to even work. Our room only had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. When I asked for more, he only gave me one more roll and gave me a death stare. On checkout day, the same guy called 20 minutes before checkout to tell me that I had 20 minutes to check out. Then, I heard him knocking on other's doors to tell them how much time they had before checkout. He ordered them to open the door so he could relay his message. He stood with a checklist looking over the property and parking lot to make sure everyone checked out that was supposed to. I even heard one guest tell him he was getting his stuff ready, and the owner/manager "reminded" him that there were only five minutes left. Another guest answered his door and said, "Oh yeah, I have one minute left. Don't worry." I was in the area to visit my son, who is a college student. I am on a budget and thought the hotel description sounded nice enough and the pictures weren't bad either. What a deception.
