Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Airport, Brook Park

I chose to stay here as a last minute plan. Everything seemed dirty and old and worn. The mattress had one of those bedbug covers so that freaked me out. I searched the room and didn't find anything so maybe it was just a precaution. But I was just very uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Front desk help was friendly; not far from HOB.
Disliked: Run down looking; seemed dirty,

Liked: Location close to airport.
Disliked: Very poor lighting in room, zero amenities (sorry towels, no coffee/tea, broken lighting fixture in bathroom) , no hangars, even when we asked for some. Shuttle bus to airport not available for our level of room.

Liked: Nothing it was horrible filthy bugs the TV was a tube TV from 1990 way over priced for wat you get the coffee in the morning the staff said u only get one this was the worse hotel I ever see
Disliked: I hated everything about the place like I said filthy bugs the TV was a tube TV from 1990 the staff was very rude and was very unprofessional

Liked: The staff was helpful.
Disliked: No parking lot lighting. The side door to the hotel's lock was busted, so anyone had access to the inside and elevators. No lock on exterior door to room. The toilet was loose. The whole place smelled like smoke. The bed cover was stained. Just nasty.

It was a clean place...

Liked: The facilities were worn but very clean.
Disliked: The jacked up price for the eclipse. $300 for one night was outrageous, especially in a hotel with no extra amenities.

It was bad all around.

Liked: The price. That’s it.
Disliked: It was bad all around. Bad customer service, horrendous facilities, horribly uncomfortable beds, etc.

Never again will I stay...

Liked: The bed and price
Disliked: The door was hard to close and lock, no wifi, toilet tissue holder was broken, and the heat rarely works.

Disappointing

Liked: The me time I liked
Disliked: The fact they this building took 50 bucks from meee and the toilet n room 525 don't work n the bathroom sink links but I'm thankful. I also couldn't go out on to the Balcony. I made the best of it but what I expected it was a cheap motel n I'm thankful just want my 50 bucks back but imma just get that place shut down.
