Disliked: The staff asked me repeatedly if I was going to have visitors and if I was going to smoke in the room. I felt that after I had answered this the first time. Or perhaps the second. Queries were intrusive and insulting.

Exceptional

Liked: Low price with good quality.
Disliked: One way parking lot is a bummer but it's not a deal breaker by any means, it's a great little motel.

Liked: Front office gentelman. Was very polite .
Disliked: Cob webs hanging from ceiling. Head boareds were thick with dust.

Liked: Staff very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Room clean, overall OK as expected as budget hotel. Location OK, neighborhood appears a bit unsafe.
Disliked: 1) Extremely noisy heating unit. Very cold night, so came on every 10-15 minutes, remained on for 5 minutes or so. Heated well but extremely loud. REALLY LOUD! Did not sleep well 2) Strong cleaning odor at first, aired out room, but lingered.

Liked: room was clean, fairly larger than normal motel room.
Disliked: people cooked nasty smelling food and it sometimes lingered in the hall. sound carried, the person above me stomped around and it was loud and early in the morning. there was no coffee maker in the room and they were out of twice when i went down for it

Not too bad. Not sure Id go there again unless nothing else available.

Liked: Quiet. Clean. Great amenities. Great customer service.
Disliked: Cracks in the wall and ceiling. Very noisy air conditioner. Toilet kept running until the handle was wiggled. Slow draining water.
