Disappointing

Liked: The location was fine and easy to find, close to the airport. The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.
Disliked: The air conditioner was so noisy it made it hard to sleep even though I have severe hearing loss and wore earplugs. I finally turned it off and then the room was stuffy. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Everything seemed worn, outdated, and cheap. There was exactly one serving of coffee available with the little in-room coffee maker--I would have appreciated a second cup, but more to the point, what if there had been 2 guests in the room? The worst thing was that my airport shuttle reservation did not get communicated (not sure who messed up, the hotel or the shuttle.) I was lucky to get a seat but someone else further down the line did not. Be aware that the shuttle takes almost a half hour to get to the airport (which should only take 5-10 minutes) because it makes multiple stops.
