Disliked: Our room always smelled like sewage. They did not clean our room even when we asked. Alway had to ask for clean towels and such.

Great stay & you couldn't...

Liked: The pool and surrounding area was very clean. The whole area was very peaceful. Checkin was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: We had zero issues with our stay. The only problem we had was the door handle on our room stuck slightly. & if that's your biggest problem I call that a perfect stay.

Disliked: The property advertised that they had an indoor pool but it was not operational. Very disappointing. We had planned to use it which is why we booked this particular hotel.The door to our room did not close/lock properly.The shower was not clean. There was something brown that appeared to be feces on the shower curtain.Only given one bath towel so we had to go to the front desk to request more.There were people partying until late and we couldn’t sleep.Breakfast not available until 7am and we had to check out at 6:30am.I would appreciate a call. 740-973-5563.
