I booked for 2 nights...

Liked: Leaving! I have never been to a hotel chain that I will never visit again!
Disliked: Let's start with the night clerk... Possibly drunk or high and irritated as soon as I pulled up because he was about to leave. He was slurring speech and gave me an room that was not clean and TV so loud and no way to turn it down because no batteries in remote. Bed had earring in it and look like someone just pulled the cover up. I called him and complained he said he will send a cleaner to the room in the morning! I told him that's unacceptable and to cancel my payment! He said he had to check the room to make sure I didn't "USE" the room or he would charge me a full night! Mind you I checked in 10 mins before I called! After he personally checked the room he offered to move me, after saying he is not housekeeping, he's just the Night Manager!
