This place was horrible. I've seen worse, but not much. Everything felt sticky, stained, gross. On the plus side - plenty of towels; A/C and mini fridge both worked.

Disliked: Patched walls; stained sheets; everything was sticky; killed 2 bugs while there; microwave didn't work; TV remote barely functioned.

Key cards do not work. Had to have staff let us in each time - even staff could not get our keys to work - they had 2 sets of 2 keys and all four were bad. This was the lowest price on the net for a reason = lowest quality. After seeing cockroaches we did not want to go near breakfast.

Liked: I've been to the rest, this is the best value in Richmond.
Disliked: Cleaning crew a bit noisy and will knock loudly on your door and leaf blow in the morning.

Disliked: The guests were inconsiderate, yelling after 11 pm and loud cars

Disliked: From attendant don't expect any greetings, smile or thank you asked 3 times 4 a quite room she put us next to a cursing mom with 4 kids, shower knob broken, missing fixtures, 10oz of dust sitting next to the bed

Liked: The receptionist was friendly, but everything else was very bad
Disliked: The worst hotel of my life. Cockroaches throughout the room. Front door broken, lock didn't work. Dirty sheets with stains. Food remains on the previous client's floor. I have photos and video of everything. It was really disgusting
