Very unhappy customer for this place. My boyfriend and I drove in and the location is a terrible place. The place looked like it was from a horror movie. There was bullet proof glass for the front check in and we had to slide our form of payment and ID's under the glass like we were at a bank. The gentleman at the front couldn't even be understood and the men in the back wore du-rags on their heads. We walked into our room and the place smelled horrible. The jacuzzi was dirty - it had white stuff coming out of the jets. The bathroom floor was disgusting - it was sticky and my shoes stuck to it. The toilet paper wasn't even fresh - it was an already used roll. The sheets didn't even fit the bed and the television wasn't even plugged into anything. The place looked like a place for scum to bring a hooker for the night. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I did not stay the night there. I ended up losing out on $115.00 but we stayed at the Marriott instead, like we should've from the beginning. I guess you get what you pay for. We will never suggest this place to any of our family or friends. This place was a dump and very gross!

Cheap and disgusting! Bad EVERYTHING.

Liked: The bed was soft and the floor level was away from the trouble people. Too many night walkers there.
Disliked: The day before checkout housekeeping was banging on the door telling us to checkout. Not knowing we booked for 3days and paid for it. Then the night before checkout. I saw a roach crawl on the wall in the middle of the night. Freaked me out. The toilet seat was weak and kept sliding off. And it says no smoking in the building but the whole building smelled like it was set in smokers. Bad smell.

Liked: I could say somewhat the Jacuzzi but one of the hets was not even working and the hot water came and went which was ridiculous. The staff always had a serious face, no one said good morning or greetings whatsoever. I didn't receive any breakfast whatsoever which was weird to me because it said they offered breakfast. I had never been here so the staff really didnt give us a walkthrough of the place or where to find things such as a dining area because I didn't see any of that.
Disliked: I disliked the fact that they didnt have a microwave for me to warm up my food. In Bethlehem the Inns have microwave in the bedroom, however when we asked the staff they expressed they didn't have a microwave which is ridiculous. The wifi was super slow where I ended up using my phone hotspot in order to watch netflix with ny spouse. I saw a cockroach in our bathroom which really disturbed us but since we were on our last day we didn't bother. We paid $206 dollars for a horrible stay and literally no service whatsoever when it came to breakfast.
