Americas Best Value Inn Duluth Spirit Mountain Inn, Duluth

Liked: Access to the freeway, avoided town traffic, traveled great distance for medical services. Was impressed by breakfast nook,office staff was friendly and professional.
Disliked: Entrance stairs were a bit steep for me.

Liked: Property was close to the races that we were attending. Staff was friendly. Beds werent terrible but they werent great either. We were advised that they were short staffed for the weekend so if we needed anything like extra towels, garbage taken etc just to let them know, breakfast options were decent. The only bad was the room wasnt very clean.. lost of dust (sucks when you have dust allergies), poor paint job throughout the room, carpet was definitely old and has been through some things. But it did its purpose. All in all we would go back.

Liked: We booked the place for the price and with that you have to be ready to accept the fate that it will be less then perfect. The day counter "supervisor" was great The night guy was a bit off but wasn't an issue The hotel had aVery clean pool area , and when something came up the staff was very understanding of situations and was relatable Will book again!
Disliked: There wasn't any notice on booking.com about the hot tub and sauna not working , and we had found out it had been that way or some time so it should have mentioned that and possibly reflected that in the price a little
