If you want non-smoking, be ready to ask for another room.
Pros:
The room was a nice size and the price was reasonable.
Cons:
The room was kind of dingy/old, in need of a facelift. The Wifi didn't work. The room smelled like smoke from a previous guest even after I tried to air it out.

The breakfast was horrible. The worse I've ever experienced. The rooms were filthy. The sheets smelled like someone threw up on them. There was no battery in the smoke detector. The person at the front desk have me a battery and told me to put it in

STAY AWAY!
Pros:
Close to concert venue
Cons:
The manager accusing me of stealing towels and insulting my wife. Horrible experience. The facility itself was disgusting, poorly lit and musty smelling.
