Liked: I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the bed was so comfortable, and the location is great. It's just off the main street but still just a few minutes walk from pretty much everything.
Disliked: N/A

Great Location, Great Team, Extremely...

Liked: Location is perfect. Room was great for both the twin Queen & King with Jaccuzzi. Team was extremely accommodating as we arrived earlier. Reception team don't know his name but the gentleman who welcomed us and we saw leaving was awesome! Breakfast was more than we expected. Only minor complaint is cleanliness. We had a newborn so moved the bed slightly to be against the wall and found underwear, bottles and other items with a lot of dust under the bed.
Disliked: Just cleanliness. Under the bed mainly.

Liked: Good value for money, close to the Niagara River and falls while in a quieter area outside the noisy Clifton street. Nice swimming pool
Disliked: It really requires thorough cleaning - especially breakfast area and corridors
