The overall appearance was tired. Staff reported recent upgrade but this was hard to see.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: When going down for breakfast nothing remained. Upon check-in was told breakfast was amazing.

Liked: The indoor pool was open and my grandchildren enjoyed that. They had breakfast although it was somewhat limited and only high carb foods.
Disliked: A bit old and run down but still clean and fine for an overnight stay.Too few choices for breakfast and a little fruit would have been nice or possibly some type of egg. Also, the juice machine wasn't working.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Disliked: General maintenance and cleanliness very poor. Flooring very old. Broke tile in elevator and in our room bathroom. Water stains on ceiling. Only one ice machine worked in the building. Pool and pool area was very dirty. Our room had old furniture.
