One of the better maintained...

Liked: Beautiful looking rooms.
Disliked: Very very very expensive Not truly what i would call a water park.. more like a larger family pool with a small waterslide. Not what I expected. Beds were very uncomfortable. Unable to sleep. Loud hallways at all times of the night. Sewage stench in the hallway with the polar bear statue.

One of the better maintained Niagara falls area hotels, but not close to the falls.

Liked: Beautiful looking rooms.
Disliked: Very very very expensive Not truly what i would call a water park.. more like a larger family pool with a small waterslide. Not what I expected. Beds were very uncomfortable. Unable to sleep. Loud hallways at all times of the night. Sewage stench in the hallway with the polar bear statue.

Liked: What breakfast?? The location of hotel is ok, and our room was easily accessible from the parking lot. The rooms however are quite outdated and small for the price. Something in the room was making me cough non stop and it only happened in the hotel room. I have asthma and allergies and think it was the fabric blinds and old carpeting.
Disliked: The fridge in room was too small and the bathroom and room size in general for four people is way too small. Due to all the events happening at the hotel, it was busy and very noisy most of the time. Including late at night and early in the mornings.
