We TRULY enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again. The biggest drawbacks were the parking garage (nightmare set up with the gates), and the low water pressure, being on the 7th floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and it made the trip exceptional. Thanks again!

Liked: The staff was superb - incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; the room was outstanding - clean, well appointed, slick, modern; the hotel was extremely close to a ton of Houston attractions!
Disliked: The water pressure in the hotel (on the 7th floor) was disappointing, and the parking garage was a bit of a nightmare to navigate.

Disliked: I had to change my room due to the first room not being clean and the mattress was ripped and busted, the title was chipped so I changed to another room that was satisfactory the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My stay was very very...

Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times which made us super late for dinner reservations. Reservations were then cancelled. First room had a loud pet next door, second room A/C was broken, third room was said to be out of order completely! Also none of the phones worked in either room. I had to use my personal phone to call downstairs. Called downstairs 30 times to only receive a busy tone each time. Also, waited 2 hours for more towels. This was a terrible experience! I will never stay at another Aloft!
