Disliked: They charged me 3 nights instead of 2 nights and never returned my calls nor my emails to reimburse me for that extra night.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE...

Liked: This is what I sent corporate ! I still haven’t got my money back !If I could give your establishment zero stars I would. We didn’t have a functioning toilet in the room , we had to walk across the hall to use my parents bathroom, which by the end of the trip wasn’t working as well. My husband is a plumber and your facilities plumbing is awful. Our bathroom door never closed , every time the kids needed to shower or us adults, the door wouldn’t shut, it opened completely - which gave us NO privacy. You guys charged us 150$ for “damage” for the bloody sheets YOUR HOTEL PROVIDED. we never once complained about having to walk OUT OF OUR ROOM TO USE ANOTHER BATHROOM, OR THE NASTY SHEETS, WE USED OUR OWN BLANKETS WE BROGHT FOR THE KIDS! We gave you a heads up that you need to get a plumber to look at your bathrooms! And In turn for us being KIND and NOT complaining you hit us with an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE FOR DAMAGE WE DIDN'T DO! check your books, the receptionist notated it when we left for maintenance to check out ! We let the front desk know about your toilet, KINDLY. Next , let’s talk the pool. We arrived and it was closed , the front desk let us know it would be open later in the afternoon due to cleaning. When we went in there was old nasty food all over the seats , MULTIPLE false eyelashes from other patronson the table. Not ONCE did we complain about the establishment. I CLEANED UP THE POOL SO OUR CHILDREN COULD SIT AND EAT IN A CLEAN AREA! the bathroom in the pool was backed up as well, along with not being clean! When we saw this atrocious “ room damage fee “ and called the front desk, the man we spoke with WOULDN'T LET US TALK TO A MANAGER , AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON US ! if I could write a bad review on you guys I would ! But it shows enough online …. with your one star reviews …. How nice your establishment really is - it’s funny you guys turned off the comments on your reviews online. I want my money back !
Disliked: EVERYTHING - IM STILL DEALING WITH TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

Liked: Great area and the hotel looked luxury-esk.
Disliked: The room wasn’t completely clean. Sheets had hair and other stuff. I didn’t sleep under the covers.

Great airport location and appreciated...

Liked: It was close to the airport for our layover and early morning departure.
Disliked: Appears they were doing some renovations and there was a slight mildew smell on our floor (5th). There was just no mention of that at booking. Not a big deal as we weren’t there long

Disliked: Note, We booked this room way in advance. We were given a handicap room but we’re not handicapped. Part of the wall was covered over in plastic for obvious repair of something. I notified the check-in girl about our room being handicap and she said that it was OK, Her manager assigned the room to us because there was a large a group coming in, but I did not see any large groups at all. In fact we hardly saw anyone.
