Great location, need to update...
Liked: The location. Service at the arrival.
Disliked: The property needs a clean up and redo . Everything is poorly kept . The smell at the entrance is like going to a bar for teenagers or spring breakers. The carpet on the elevator terrible. Scratches everywhere in the room and elevator.

Paying for location ONLY!
Liked: I liked the location/walking distance to shops, restaurant and the beach. So happy I was there for one night.Bar drinks were delicious and bartender was awesome. High praise to the young lady who took our breakfast order, brought the food and cleaned the tables. She deserved a raise. We gave her a well deserved large tip.
Disliked: Hotel needs a major renovation: Room was old and Bathroom was horrible!!!; hallway carpet and walls smelled; elevators old. there were no bar food to absorb the drinks. They said they were working on it.

Disappointing & very poor value...

Disliked: Unfriendly/unhappy staffTiny bathroomToilet wouldn’t stop flushing - fixed after I complained Tiny wardrobe Safe low down at back left of wardrobe- needed to be a contortionist to get to itStaff took away towels each day (even those hung up for reuse as requested)) & didn’t replace - had to ask each dayPool not available Drilling in next room from 9amAnnual Fire alarm testing not clearly notified - deafening - when j tried to call front desk to see if needed to evacuate - phone not working Lift not working 5 flights of stairs - deafening fire alarm continued Lift not functioning on 2 other occasions A loud buzzing noise at night - ended up having to unplug the fridge Plastic cups - not replaced or replenished No real apology on any of these issues - just 2 drink vouchers Downstairs bathroom smelly & no toilet paper. Breakfast quality not great. Only ate there once. English not well understood or spoken
