Overall a comfortable stay although...

Liked: The room I booked was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby was nice too.
Disliked: Some of the staff at the reception were neither friendly nor helpful. I also didnt like that check in was at 4pm and check out at 11am. That seems unreasonable to me and compromises value for money. Turned out its a way to make more money as they charge $100 for later checkout.

Liked: The hotel's location is particularly convenient, as it is close to many points of interest.
Disliked: The hotel's reception area does not exude the warm and welcoming atmosphere typically expected from hospitality services. This detracted from the sense of being valued as a guest during the check-in process and subsequent interactions.The general demeanor of the receptionists (specially the ladies receptionists) could also be improved, as a cheerful interaction can greatly enhance the hospitality experience. However, I must commend the exceptional service I received from a male receptionist during our checkout around 5 PM on March 31. His assistance was truly helpful and appreciated.Additionally, the policy of allocating only two bottles of water per day per room, coupled with the inconvenience of having to request additional water from the reception and wait for their availability, seemed outdated. On a separate note, I found the in-room kettle to be unclean, which was a bit of a letdown. However, I was glad to have inspected it before use.
