Liked: The staff was helpful
Disliked: The room was dirty, old, and smelt like humidity. It was impossible to sleep with the a/c on because it was too loud. I genuinely don’t understand how the hotel can have good rates, I guess all rooms aren’t in the same state of decay as the one we had.

The experience at the hotel...

Liked: Had a spacious room with two double beds facing Empire State Building Walkable to most of the attractions we wanted to visit Housekeeping was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again .
