Nothing to complain about. Stay was comfortable; good location near the Italian Centre and Hwy1.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Disliked: No low points.

Besides the two problems, I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that area. Not sure if I would recommend it to anyone else though, if I did, I would make sure to tell them of these issues.

Disliked: Room had a slight smell of cat urine and they turned off free wifi at 8am on the day of check out.

Disliked: Accent Inns needs to keep up with other hotels and offer continental breakfasts. We love it at your hotels, but because Holiday Inn Express is comparable in prices, has point systems, and a complimentary continental breakfast, we’ll use them.

Liked: The saff were so wonderful my son forgot his stuff turtle in our other room and they called us to come and grab it later that evening when we got back from the aqarium . I'm so grateful as it was his very first stuffed animal.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too still for my liking but I like a bit softer bed other than that it was great.

Liked: the staff made everything smooth and easy. They were very friendly and kind. Made a bid difference. Everything was clean and nice.

Liked: They are dog friendly and the staff is very helpful and welcoming
Disliked: We were in room 111 and it was right by a stairwell and the designated smoking station, making it very busy. It was very difficult to stop our dogs from barking as people were passing by our door constantly.

It was my second time...

Liked: The hotel is close to the skytrain station which is convenient, as my niece and I were going to a Vancouver Canucks hockey game. Very good location.
Disliked: Well, the fridge wasn't cleaned, as there was a box of a previous guest's soggy old salad left in it. The bed sheets seemed clean but smelled kind of old and musty. Also, for coffee all there was, was a packet of weak, decaffeinated coffee.
