Nicely decorated and very close to pretty much everything in the show quarter.

Disliked: Drugs and prostitution is rampant in that location, drug paraphernalia (used needles and crack pipes in the common bathrooms, made me and my children feel unsafe. I told staff about the bathrooms and was told it would be taken care of and it was not. Disgusted by the experience.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was central and close to everything
Disliked: The pictures and advert do not fully or truthfully represent the other low quality rooms you will be given if you are given a single room or are a couple. The entrance to the hotel is a hot spot for drug use and you will be kept awake but the loud and busy ambience from the main street below that plays music all night and has people talking and shouting.

Disliked: The receptionist on arrival-19 March. He didn't mind my check in much, he was talking on the phone and was impolite. Poor breakfast- add some veggies, yoghurts, eggs and sweets. Lack of interests of cleaning service. Lack of lift - very inconvenient to carry heavy luggage upstairs. The funniest thing - Before arrival I sent some questions to the hotel and received the answers when returned home! What a timing!

All I can say is...

Liked: Over all It was worth the price.
Disliked: Until I was treated by the staff responsible for checking the room for checking out/cleaning. His name is Jerry, the first time I have experienced compared from my previous travel. On my first day, I ask for permission check out for extra minutes from the receptionist, usually most of the hotels it’s not really an issue to stay for a bit, but this staff as soon as it hits 12noon, he knocked on my door and demanded me to leave the room and took the room key, he was talking to me in a very rude manner as if he can throw me in the window if he can. I went down to talk to the receptionist, the same staff I talked to on my first day but even the receptionist did not do anything as Jerry is in high pitch and seems that she was scared to. We went back to my room and he was starting to removed everything and start cleaning without my privacy, without giving me time to finalize my stuff.

Great location and room for...

Liked: The location is great, very close to many restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: One of the toilets on our floor was broken. The bathrooms were also not always well-stocked with toilet paper.
