AArtpark Hotel Inn at Lewsiton, Lewiston

Great location!

Liked: Walking distance to Artpark - it's right at the park entrance.
Disliked: Really smelly. The guest rooms had been updated recently I believe, and our room was clean; however, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was really stained, old and smelled awful.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. Close to art park,grocery store,gas stations and restaurants. Was on a fishing trip. Just needed a place for shower and sleep
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast. No coffee and dirty bathroom. Have stayed there before knew what to expect though.

Disliked: The room and toilets weren't cleaned at all. We could see dust and hair on the carpet right after entering. There was no breakfast even though the website mentioned that breakfast was included. The staffs responses were very vague and they did not provide any explanation as to why there was no breakfast. Very bad experience.

Disliked: Room needed some maintenance and upgrades, but it was clean and comfortable. Air-condition worked well. I slept well.

Great location, could be cleaner

Liked: The location was great. Walking distance to Artpark. Short drive to Niagara Falls. Went to a concert at Art Park, was able to avoid the car traffic by walking. The beds were clean, bug free. Expected for the price and location.
Disliked: Waited 30 minutes for staff to come to the counter and check us in. The bathroom was not clean.

Only there to sleep but...

Liked: I appreciated the fact that there was one girl working in pajamas. Sarcasm. Check in was 3 and although told our room wasn't ready yet, we were allowed access to get our belongings in and I get it was unkept still but it appeared as if the people before us had left the room over a week ago as there was moldy stew in a bowl. Every. Room. was. Like. This. When asked why it was only her, she said the manager was upstairs sleeping... at 3pm... Obviously drugs are involved.
Disliked: The bathrooms were disgusting and we never used the sheets. we slept on top of them. I've never felt so ripped off... Cost me $180 after exchange (cdn) and I would never recommend the homeless people in my city to stay at this place.
