Worst hotel its dirty and staff do not care about you ! 2 stars hotel MAX

Disliked: My room Had long black hair on the floors and on the bathroom floor , fake eye lashes on the floor , old broken bracelet for another guest on the floor, my safe wasn't working I had to ask for 2 days to have it fix , I had to call and go ask for 2 days 4 times for slippers in the room cause I did not wanted to step on that dirty floor. I was earing EVERYTHING in the hall , room beside me , the door slamming for other rooms, people talking on the phone , phone ringing .. the door was paper thin. Coffe shop/restaurant close on Mondays THIS IS NOT A 5 star hotel for almost 700$ Canadian a night this is a real joke had the worst time ever and ruined my hole time in New-York.
