Hotel Reviews of York House

We ended up with two suitcases on the bed, and nowhere to sit, or even stand at times. These rooms should be sold as singles at best, and then to younger travellers, for a night of two at most. Cost was fair, but not when relative to space.
Staff were relatively friendly, room was clean. Close to Earl's Court underground, for easy access to Heathrow.
Totally inadequate space. Rooms were far too small for a couple. No space for luggage. Impossible for two to dress at same time. "Kitchenette" was a small cupboard!

Will not stay here again for sure, but this hotel is ok if staying overnight
Cheap, well located, good for a night
small rooms, a bit too small. even with two people there is no place to sitthe bed size was also small for a couple, smaller than a queen size bedSheets were not changed at all during all 5 nights of our stayBathroom was so small, very very small

The room was small but clean and modern, and the location was excellent. Good value for money.
My initial room was in the basement with a veranda accessible from the outside. I was uncomfortable with this, and asked to be moved. I was given another room on the second floor and this was much better.

not very happy about the stay and was just thankfull that we only had a one night with you because the pictures on the web site was in no way similar to the rooms we stayed in room 25 and 26 single rooms and was considering asking for a refund and going to another hotel in that area as i feel you were faulse advertising the rooms by showing a very nice room on the web and mis leading people into the look of your hotel.
very near to earls court where we were attending a concert and great for local ameneties.
the bad points were that when we arrived the man on the reception desk was quite rude and gave us the feeling of being very unwelcome and wasn't freindly.also very shocked to find a very damp bathroom with no door handle and a broken shower head not even so much as a tea bag on offer for the morning and my mum stayed in another room there and she felt the same. we paid
