room dark breakfast full english not generous advert misleading as in more like motel than country farm therefore over priced

Sadly the overall effect was clinical and disinterested lacking in any type of cheerful atmosphere.
Everything needed provided to a high standard. Lounge filled with useful guides and cultural literature.
Poor insulation between the rooms made every word from the next room crystal clear. Stale air in the lounge; echo in the dining room made conversation difficult (non-reflective surfaces needed)so nobody talked

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the farmhouse and will definitely stay again if I am in the area.
Wonderful welcome - clean fresh room and bathroom. Breakfast delicious. Overall experience delightful. Setting is outstanding and the farmhouse is easy to find from the dual carriageway which is always a bonus.

We found the online booking process very easy and efficient. The directions were very easy to follow.Upon arrival, the host was very welcoming and helpful with tips re: local amenities, places to eat etc.The accomodation was first class, and the breakfast with beautiful eggs fresh from the hosts own hens. We will definately be returning.

Overall the accomodation was good, but I do feel that the lounge could have been made more welcoming by ay least having some heat on. You could light the fire but on entering it was freezing.

We spent a very peaceful Easter weekend at Yellowham Farm, and were very pleased with our room which had lots of lovely little touches. We had a full English breakfast every morning in the very pleasant dining room. If the weather had been warmer, the lounge/conservatory area would have been a good place to sit and read. We will definitely return to Yellowham at some point in the future. as it is probably the best accommodation we have stayed at.
