Close to NEC, excellent safe, secure parking. Good value, spotlessly clean, well appointed room, friendly & professional owners.

it didn't spoil the stay but we could have done without being kept awake half the night
handiness for the event we were attending
the bath in the single room was not working but this was not mentioned when booking in. The railway is closer than expected although the trains didn't cause a problem the work being carried out between 1 a.m and 3 a.m DID.
