Wayford Bridge Inn Hotel, Stalham, Norfolk 

Situated next to a busy road so lots of traffic noise especially if the window is open. We would have liked a larger bed.

Extremely hard bed

There were no bad points at the hotel. The bad point was that active hotels did not pass on to the Wayford Bridge Hotel that I had requested a TWIN ROOM. There was not a twin room available and my husband ended up sleeping on the floor with a duvet off the bed. My husband had just had a heart attack and we had to cancel our abroad holiday. Hence our break in Norfolk with a friend doing the driving. My husband has to use a mask for sleeping and I have severe back problems. Because of these problems we need single beds. The Hotel only had a slip of paper saying one double room and one single room, your booking service had omitted to say we needed twin beds and we would like some form of compensation for this.

Dogs whining in room next door. Food on Saturday evening not high standard ie chips were not just cooked and no one came back for my sweet order. Bar area outside restaurant felt a bit like a free for all, too many people at any one time.

Room facing busy road and so hot that we had to have window open and thus heard traffic all night.
