Enjoyable stay. Stayed before and would do again. Have recommended hotel to friends.
Good,clean, well equiped rooms. Helpfull, friendly staff. Good overall atmosphere. Excellent location.
Some breakfast items could be improved, especially sausages.

All in all we were very pleased with our stay at the Waverley. We would definitely stay there again if we were visiting London.
The friendlyness of the staff at reception - we were upgraded free of charge as they had no triple rooms left - even better as we were there celebrating my 40th birthday.
Lack of hot water in the shower in the mornings and the hairdryer tubing was split so it was unuseable

Easy to find and located close to restraunts and bars. Car parking close by, but would've liked to have been informed of this on the website. The staff were very polite and curteous. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definately consider returning in the future.
Thick dark curtains, quiet and comfortable room.
Shower could do with modernising, some furnature was a little worn.

Very pleased with the hotel. A convenient location (good directions beforehand), excellent staff and good rooms. I booked for 8 people and everyone was happy with the accomodation.
Cleanliness, location, helpfullness of staff.
Slow service of evening meal.

We enjoyed our stay. We were both extremely pleased with the staff....they were excellent, polite and informative.
Nice room size
A bit dated, unable to open windows, no ventilation in the bathroom
