I like the hotel - it is of good value - the position is very nice - a leisure area - pool etc would be nice. Staff are very helpful
Nice situation and convenient for me when travelling with my husband or family. Staff pleasant and well trained. Bathroom and toilet very clean - bedding very clean and well presented.
The surface is clean and tidy - I felt the room (which was very nice and comfortable) could do with a deep clean - curtains around bed in need of washing - cob webs from windows need removing - The breakfast menu is out of date as some of the items listed were not available i.e. fruit platter - people were asking for Alpen it took 2 days for this to be supplied small point however did appear to be of concern to those who wanted the Alpen. One of the chairs in the bar is in need of replacing (cane work broken.

We were only there overnight but it was very pleasant.
Lovely, clean, well appointed room, good breakfast in a beautiful setting overlooking the river
Bar closed at 11, even for residents, and since we were working till then we could not get a drink, when we got back. Still it was good for our health I guess!

The Hotel was very nice in terms of location and the overall quality. The staff welcoming and pleasant. We ate in the restaurant which had lovely food and a good atmosphere.One downside was that the walls to the bedroom were very thin and when our neighbours returned late to their room it was very loud in our room, although this is a problem in many hotels.
Location was superb. Overall quality of hotel was very good. Staff were very professional.
Thin walls to room meant disturbed sleep.
