Totally enjoyed itThank you - its the staff that put the cherry on the cake
Excellent hotel staff made you really welcome - the facilities were first class
I am a yorkshire man myself and travel the world staying in many hotels (of varying standards), 90% of them advertise and promote the local comunity and its heritage, I was dissapointed not to find a single bit of literature to support Leed and the surrounding area plus national heritage sights eg:The Royal Armouries, Harewood house etc. All this literature is free and the local tourist board will even help you maintain it. You had quite an international hotel full of people whilst I was there - if they knew what was on offer in the local area they may have stayed longer - Buisness is Buisness ---- Its mine!

Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The lady couldn't find our booking and explained there was a problem with people booking through Active - so we were upgraded to a king room. The staff were very friendly and extremely efficient.Breakfast - plenty of each thing and looked fresh and tasted nice.
Salingers restaurant was extremely hot whilst having breakfast.Length of walk to the room very long indeed- but fit and able so shouldn't complain.

I booked 4 rooms for a reunion of school friends. I would certainly use the hotel again.
Nice leisurely atmosphere, superb swimming pool facility (which sadly I didn't find time to use). Pleasant staff. Enjoyable evening meal and lunch on the terrace.

The twin rooms! They are designed for a double bed with a light either side. However the single beds are put in under thelight so you can't sit up in bed as the light is over your head. Silly design.Beds too high from the groud
