i say it was ok syayed there before and it was better the first time
the hotel was clean and lovley inside, breakfast was nice
the room was cold at night, the heated towel rail didnt work, and the cleaners knocked on twice about 10am and at 10.30am once waking us up and secondley getting us out of the shower,

booking stated buffet breakfast not included, so we went into Ashton for breakfast first morning, then found out by reading a brochure breakfast was included. desk staff didn't seem to care. complimentary newspapers were charged 70ptelecommunications very poor, could not get a call out to my brother, was staying for my fathers funeral so very stressful, hotel could not put mobile calls through to the room, caused a great deal of extra driving for my brother and stress for us. front desk staff seemed inexperienced. we were charged for ++ calls never made or received, they did agree to take them off the bill after a great deal of discussion. need to work out new hotel teething problems!!
modern hotel, location, bed was lovely
dark decor, small room, limited hanging space for clothes, dark for putting on makeup in the room. telephone system has huge problems!!

The room was quiet and clean it had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay.
I requested a bottle of champagne in the room as it was my husbands birthday, this request qas not met, which I found strange as the hotel had a bar which could have provided this service.

that a disco was on and the children could be with me
very child friendly in all parts of the hotel
