apart from being put in the wrong type of room to start with very good
Hotel was very clean and modern.The food in the Verve restaurant was excellent and good value.The swimming pool and spa pool were very good.The room was a very good standard and overall good value for money we thought
We booked on the internet and although my booking confirmation said we had booked a family room we were put in an ordinary double room without a bed for our 6 year old son.We did change over to a family room but it was a hassle to sort out at the beginning of our stay.The receptionist said that it had not come through as a family room booking

My husband and I certainly enjoyed our one night stay here where we experienced the friendliness of the staff, the excellent food and our lovely comfortable spacious room. We will definitely come here again, especially as our son is now at the uni here and the reason why we stayed in Hull. The leisure centre was a bonus!.

We only stayed for one night but will certainly visit again when in the area. The accomodation was clean, the staff were excellent and the amenities were what you would expect from a well run establishment.
Not a bad point really, but the Sat Nav directions need to be changed as another approach island has been built giving misleading directions, but by the time you realise the mistake you can see the Hotel, so not critical.

Very courteous staff. Didn't have time to use the leisure facilities due to late arrival and early departure but assume they would be to the good standard of the whole hotel
Very well presented hotel, loved the food on the lava rock in the restaurant and the general manner of the young lad who served me.
Would like to see a price reduction as my company don't like to pay much more than £55.00 for a night's stay

Reception was very efficient and the room was very good. Not bad at all, overall.
