Very helpful reception staff and cleanliness of hotel
Were moved to 4th floor because of a leak in our original room but it was still very noisy from the traffic below and there were no tea and coffee making facilities which I would expect for a 4 star hotel.

I thought that the location of the hotel was very good, close to metro, shops, bars and restaurants.
