A good value Budget room.
The hotel was very handy for the airport and also within walking distance of the city.It also had secure parking.
No kettle in room.Pillows were a bit hard.

The Victoria Hotel was so bad for my wife, grand-daughter, and myself that we decided NOT to stay there and we found another hotel in Perpignan ourselves.We later discovered that at least two other couples booked into the Victoria that day found it totally unacceptable and found other accommodation themselves.We would NOT recommend the Victoria to anybody visiting Perpignan.
Did not stay long enough to find any good points.
Allocated room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which did not clear after 4 hours with the window left open. Toilet, shower, wash basin all housed in a miniscule room separated from the bedroom by a plastic concertina door. No air conditioning. Furniture in room virtually non-existant. On-line photos of our type of allocated room totally misleading.

Ok for overnight, would not wish to spend a week due to combination of location and facilities.
reasonable price for the room. Able to correspond directly with hotel who were attentive.
Room very hot. One fan in the room but limited electric sockets to use it.On suite bathroom very basic,

Apart fron check in being after 10 PM - All was fine
Staff / Friendliness & Efficiency
Reception closes at 10 PM.

good bus service to town overall good value 4 money basic but ok
v clean staff ok
bit noisylifts breakfast v average
