Satisfactory
Friendly staff. OK location. Food (breakfast and dinner) satisfactory.
Noise from people outside the bar downstairs. Bit expensive for what is on offer - but Edinburgh as a whole appeared over-priced.

Nice clean hotel. Bus lie 14 runs to Royal Mile stop.
Great location, easy bus access. Nice walking/bike park accross the streat.Wish we had more time to explore the park. Brief walk lead down to small river and waterfall.Food at hotel was good. Nice small bar too.Very friendly staff.
Room was cramped, but we only used it for sleep so no big deal.

Found hotel value for money although when we went to residents bar in evening of our visit found it unmanned and nobody about,same when we checked out following morning had to search out member of staff in kitchen.
