Room/bathroom excellent. Leisure facilities of a high standard.
Breakfast not too good. Buffet style where many items were not replaced quickly enough leaving food to get cold. Would suggest staffing levels maybe insufficient for busy periods.

Our experience at the Vale was one that we will not forget easily. The Customer service was first class. All the staff that we dealt with during our stay was nice and very welcoming. We will most definitely visit Wales again and if we do we know exactly where we will be staying - "The Vale "
Excellent customer serviceGood size room and design, with impressive shower and birthRoom / Hotel environment all round comfortable
Could do better with a clock and a fridge in the room.The food was not the best. Quantity was unquestionable but more could be done to improve on the taste.
