We would come again.
Lovely room. We enjoyed Burry and Orkney. Good Breakfast and breaksfast service.
There was one person perhaps the host the second evening in the dinning room who needs a brush up on customer service.

Excellent
Excellent modern recently reburbished condition. Staff very helpful even with a special diet required. Friendly efficient. More than helpful. Beautiful location and we were lucky enough to have lovely weather too.

It was a nice hotel but we feel that they just made it into the four star category. The lack of choice and variety at breakfast was poor and having as many as four items off the evening meal menu was very disappointing. The table service could have been a bit more professional.The on-line booking form asked if there were any special requests. I asked for bathroom scales and this request was not acknowledged at all by the staff who booked us in or by the staff with whom we settled the bill.
It was an original building but modernised.
Several items were off the menu. There was a very limited selection of items for continental breakfasts snd no fresh fruit salads.

We found the hotel to be a very clean and friendly place. All the staff were as helpful as possible and any requests were promptly dealt with. The quality of the food was excellent and any specific requests as to how the food should be served eg the length of cooking time for steak were faultless. We stayed for seven nights and found that the menu was somewhat limited. Also, if we were to be perfectly honest, then we would have liked to see more variety of sea food eg crab/lobster. However, we would certainly return to the hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it. The adverse negative comments are far outweighed by the positive. Would be difficult to improve on for a short stay
