room service food is awful, i ordered something waited 1 hour for it, when it eventually arrived it was burnt! my partners meal was cold. the cooked breakfast in the morning wasnt much to speak of either. the rooms were comfortable and clean though. towel changes were every day.

Very Good
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Made a real effort to help with suggestions as we had a few time constraints, therefore, opened the restaurant early.
