very satisfied.
room had good size.value for money.
restuarant closed information not made available until we arrived.TV needs upgrading.

Ok but could have been a lot better.
Away from traffic noise.
Tatty decor & furnishings. Mainly foreign staff. Breakfast very rushed and staffed by a man who kept coughing and sneezing then touching the food dishes.

Ok, but wheelchair access could be improved and more information for wheelchair users, telling them how to check in and access the reception. As a wheelchair user, if I had been on my own, I would not have been able to check in.
