The manager and the breakfast was very good. The location very central to Falmouth.
Bed linen clean but room in need of decorating. The bathroom was barely a cupboard and needs a lick of paint. My fault as I didn't realise this was a 2 star until after I had booked and by then it was too late to cancel.

a very nice hotel staff very polite and friendly but breakfast could be a bit larger but on all very good
it was all quite goos all round really.
would of been nice to be told beforehand that there would be scaffolding out of window,was like being at home as that is what we have at the moment.

Room was clean although small for a double room.
Full english breakfast was of a very poor standard
