Because we booked on the internet our cost was almost the going rate otherwise would not have been happy
Location to shops and subway
very small, very old, not super clean

We did not stay in the hotel and sought alternative rooms elsewhere.
Active hotels website is generally a good, reliable way of booking cost effective accommodation.
The hotel was untidy with damaged furniture in reception, peeling wallpaper in rooms, plumbing leaks and the entire building smelt terrible. They also cancelled one of our rooms without attempting to contact us, then asked if my colleagues could share! We left the hotel and sought alternative accommodation elsewhere.

We would not stay at this hotel again unless a radical programme of decoration and updating of furnishings took place.
Reception area welcoming and staff very efficient when checking in.
Hotel in bad state of repair regarding decoration and furnishings once you leave the reception area.

would stay again but request a larger room.
Convenient for Earls Court, Helpful staff, close to eating places, parking available at extra cost. Outside congestion zone.
very small room with little storage for clothes.

This was a good location to stay, for attending a concert at Earls Court. It was ok for a overnight stay, but nothing lavish, but you get what you pay for!! and it was clean, quiet and resonable.
excellent position for Earls Court, 2 mins round the corner.Clean bedding and towels.
Could do with decorating.
