Could not have been more pleased. Stayed at 2 Disney hotels before arriving ath the oceania and was disappointed in them, it was great to arrive at the Oceania!
I do nto generally commnet on hotel stays but this is a great hotel for both Business and Family! Wonderful value, good pool for childern, and close to a water park next door in the mall although we did not use it as the pool had a whirlpool, countercurrent jets and unlike other hotels did not charge for towels. Clean comfortable rooms, safe location near metro, good workout facilites - although do need a cross trainer. Although no hotel resturant, who needs one when you have lots of other resturant options?Business wise reasonable charges for wireless access and unlike other hotesl is for actual usage! Close to convention center. Even the room is a good sized room by european standards.
Bkfast for a family is a little too expensive.

First impression was of an unimpressive checking-in area, but staff were friendly and efficient. Though there are 3 lifts you had to wait a long time and often found that they were stopping on nearly every floor. Surprised at how small the room was (a basic Travel Inn in the UK is larger). Would have appreciated an in-house restaurant, though the breakfast was good and comprehensive. Staff were friendly. I did not really think it warranted 4 stars though.
Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Large shower
Small room. Poor quality TV picture. Inefficient lift system - lots of waiting time.

It was the best hotel I've stayed in for work purposes in 10 years
close to exhibition and clean. Loved the outdoor space.
