Hotel Reviews of Novotel London West

Nice hotel far too expensive.
Good location
On the 9th floor at the end of a very long corridor and only 4 lifts, I was quite worried when I went down to reception in the morning that some people were going to have 'lift rage'!
The internet was far too expensive, considering that even pubs offer free internet access and the mini bar was extorinate.

it was ok , but not good enough to make me automatically book novotel next time in hammersmith ,would try elsewhere.
room was quite spacious..staff polite
noisy...lack of toiletries....air conditioning poor..shortage of milk tea etc..

When booking this room, without knowing I was double-booked. I was only given one booking confirmation number at the time. Two days before our stay the hotel rang to say I had two rooms booked with two separate conf numbers. I then had to phone the agency as the hotel would not take my word that I only needed one room. This was eventually sorted out but if the hotel had not rang to check I would have ended up paying for two rooms on the day!
The location as we were seeing a show at the Hammersmith Apollo.
We were allocated a smoking room.

I will use this hotel now if ever visiting London again. It is the best hotel I have stayed in in London, without costing a fortune.
It was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and polite. There was a mix up with my booking which was promptly resolved.
I couldn't work out how to watch a film so I gave up.

overall i was entirely satisfied, the only thing i would have liked to have been able to pre-book a parking space as we travelled by car and we were going to the apollo for a concert, if the car park was full we would have had problems.
comfortable ,clean

The bed was the comfiest hotel bed ever slept on, pillows fantastic too!!!
The shower hose was split at the base and leaked water everywhere, admittedly we never reported this. The noise from neighbouring rooms is very apparent!!!!

Hotel is very close to hammersmith tube station and hammersmith Apollo. We had a room on the 8th floor which had a great view over London. We didn't have time to eat in one of the restaurants but the room service was good and quick although a little expensive for us.
Location and cleanliness, and room service was good.
