A very enjoyable stay in a stylish and comfortable hotel. Very convenient to the marina and city centre and would definitely stay again if we return to Marseille.
Ideal location. Very stylish. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Helpful staff. Pleasant outside decking area with pool.
Room service not 24hr. Problems booking the hotel - received a booking cancellation email the day before our stay when we had not cancelled.

apart from the above very good
charging for coffee facilities in the bedroom is a ripoff,.never before have we had this happen.and the price of drink ----too dear---a pint of beer 9 euros ? no thank you.

The hotel is not called Le Pharo (which I thought it was; it is in the Le Pharo part of town). I think this needs to be made very clear.It actually is called the New Hotel Of Marseille (which is an odd name!)Unless coming by car or taxi, it is a long walk uphill (with suitcases) from the Vieux Port metro. There are buses, but we never found the bus station, as Marseille is being drastically rebuilt.We thought the restraraunt in the hotel had an imaginative regional menu, and was good but expensive. Nice small shops, including bistros etc, close by in Le Pharo.Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was as much as you could eat of a wide variety - very good value.A very modern hotel block tacked onto an older building, set a litle way out from Vieux Port, very stylish. Good walks in the park opposite which had lovely views over the city.
Very modern - very clean and spacious room - had all we needed. Bed very comfortable, good controllable air conditioning.
Nothing really. If being picky you could say no views of sea or harbour, but then hotle did not claim to have them

Room is bright and clean. Suitable room space size and confortable. Bathroom is clean and modern.
The staff service is a little bit cool. Not enough tourist informaiton regarding the City nor INFO of City
