will certainly not be back feel have given it enough stays and service lets it down badly
Lovely hotel but lack of staff training lets it down badly
Waited 20 mins on drinks from the bar at 6pm and it was not even busy. room service for 4 club sandwiches and chips was 1 hr 15 mins and when arrived no chips and toastie cold

Fantastic setting and very attentive staff made the stay most enjoyable.
Superb meal and excellent leisure facilities.
Expensive for drinks.

Great hotel. We arrived on a Motorbike in the pouring rain looking am little worse for wear. No problem. The staff were excellent and were not in the slightest flustered. The room was very clean and the evening meal was fantastic. The only small gripe was the one matress on the bed (two singles pushed together) was a little soft and you could feel the springs. Saying that this was a minor gripe and did not effect the stay. We will return!

Only disappointment was drinks on the bill which we did not get or order we did not notice until we had left the car park and as it was not a great deal of money we diecided not to turn back but I think staff should be more careful
very comfortable and clean
