Room availability. Shabby chic was a bit too shabby and the attention to detail was lacking.

The noise we experienced the first night caused us to be moved into a smaller room (for which we were not charged).

The staff were very friendly and accomodating - always willing to help and make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious.
Whilst the bathroom was very clean, we did not like the fact that there was carpet in the bathroom. Also the water in the shower was only luke warm and not hot enough.

OTHER THAN THE ROOM WHICH I WAS EXPECTING TO BE SLIGHTLY LARGER,I HAVE ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY. THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND THE BREAKFAST WE HAD WAS JUST FANTASTIC. I WILL BE RETURNING.
THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE THE HOTEL WAS HOW LOVELY IT LOOKED. I COULD NOT FAULT THE VIEW.
FROM WALKING THROUGH THE HOTEL TO OUR ROOM I WAS ACTUALLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE ROOM WE STAYED IN. IT ACTUALLY FELT MORE LIKE A B&B THAN A HOTEL.
