poor overall if in bournemouth would not use again
not many, breakfast staff were very polite
one of the worst breakfasts I've had, noisy person banging on door constantly for an hour at 3 in morning to be let in somewhere in hotel woke the whole hotel up but no one from staff sorted him out.

good job it was only for one night, the hotel needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch,
cheapish, good big car park
holes in bedding, creaky floor, side of bath broken and hanging off, bathroom light did not work, shower did not work, towl rail directly behind bath so you can not sit back properly,

we enjoyed bournemouth, pool and boscombe and would come back but not to laguna hotel
clean.
very very old fashioned in decor and facilities. rooms dowdy and handle in bath dangerous as sharp.the only staff we saw was in the restaurant and they were not listening to the requests asked for and portions minimal...would not stay there again.

Clean sheets, friendly staff
Could do without carpet in the bathroom for cleanliness purposes

I paid the full rate for the room (£60) although I was a single occupant - it would have been nice to have had a discount. The walk to the conference centre was a good 20 minutes which was not nice through the park at night time.
Service in restaurant was efficient at breakfast.
Not possible to have a shower as there was no fixed shower head or curtain. The stock of sachets of drinks not replenished during stay (ran out of coffee sachets and had to get replacements).
