The hotel did not have my reservation made through Active hotels so i would be very careful in using this website - luckily the hotel had availability but unfortunately they did not honour the discounted rate offered through on the online booking. The hotel was in any case, excellent value for money and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are basic but I don't need much more than a bed so i was happy. Would definitely recommend for the non-fussy.

The downside to my stay was not in the control of the Hotel, a Taxi could not be booked from 07:30 to 8:45, my client had to collect me. This is the first time I have experienced this anywhere in the world.
Helpful reception in the morning
Resteraunt closed when I arrived at 21:00

The hotel needs work and has been touched-up recently but very poorly. However the price and location are good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Condition of hotel is sub-par compaired to other Kyriad's I have stayed at.

We actually arrived at the wrong Kyriad hotel in Cergy (the Prefecture instead of the the St-Christophe) on the early evening of 22nd February,at about 1700, and would confirm that the receptionist who was on duty was one of the most friendly, understanding and helpful that my wife and I have ever met. She was an absolute star!!. Please pass on our thanks to her.
