Hotel was in a very good location
Food at the bar should do more pub food ie burgers and pannini's with chips

Are general review of our weekend was very good however please note our comments of summary of bad points it would be a shame if standards dropped further you have a great hotel please keep it this way.
Staff very helpfull we got the room we requested looking over the river food and atmosphere at the hotel excellent we both had a fantastic stay.
This was are third stay however we found the standards had dropped. ie cobwebbes in bedroom,dusty,bed linnen and towels not change daily,and may be a coat of paint would not go a miss in certain areas.

hotel was in a gorgeous location...very dated hotel which needs vast improvements! rooms very small and feel crammed,not much space to move around!bathroom very small too and shower didnt work..food was very good and breakfast was good too!overall a faulty towers experience!
the beautiful surroundings!
size of rooms!

we were aloud to take along our dog
a bit pricy for the size of the room
